Products sold by Cerise Computers are covered under our 30-day-return policy unless stated otherwise.
To return a product, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be requested from Cerise Computers. All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date issued. Cerise Computers will offer no refunds or exchanges once 30 days after shipment has passed.
All products must be returned in like-new condition, including original packaging and all documentation and accessories. Charges will be applied for all missing accessories or parts. Cerise Computers will not accept items that have been physically damaged or misused. Overclocking can cause CPUs to chip or burn. All chipped and burnt CPUs are considered physically damaged and are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Cerise Computers will be responsible for loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Cerise Computers. The customer will be responsible for loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by the customer. If you believe any part of your purchase is missing, wrong or damaged you must notify Cerise Computers within 21 days of the date of shipment. Software included with your purchase that has a broken seal can only be returned for repair / replacement.
Return shipping fees that are non warranty related are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are not refundable.

Cerise Computers offers a one year warranty and free lifetime tech support for all our computers. Your warranty begins from the moment you receive your computer. The one year warranty means that in the event that a hardware component fails within the first year, we replace that part free of charge with an identical or similar brand new part. You are responsible only for shipping your computer to us and for any damage that may occur during shipping. You may extend your warranty for two or three years and expect exactly the same level of service.
Once your computer is out of warranty, we charge the cost price of the hardware plus labor if we carry out the repair and shipping.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will Cerise Computers or its suppliers be liable for any costs of acquiring substitute products or services, lost profits, loss of information or data, or any other special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising in any way out of the sale of, use of, or inability to use any Cerise product or service, even if Cerise has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Cerise Computers reserves the right to replace any computer component chosen by the customer with a component that is of equal or greater performance and price. The extra cost will be borne by Cerise Computers.
