We do not outsource. All of our technical support takes place in the same 40,000 square foot facility that your computer was made in.

All of our computers come with a 1-year parts and labor warranty and a lifetime technical support warranty for as long as the original owner owns the computer. If any hardware is found to be defective within 1 year of purchasing your computer – after a brief diagnostic session over the phone – we will replace that part free of charge. The customer is responsible for shipping the computer to Cerise. Cerise will pay for shipping the computer back to the customer. Two- and three-year warranties are also available. Once the warranty expires the customer becomes responsible for the cost of parts, labor and shipping.
