We’ve been building computers since 2003 and we are dedicated solely to serving the computer hardware needs of digital content creators. In 2006, we got our first industry review in PC Magazine back in the days when it was being printed on paper. It was highly positive and it told us we were on the right track.
For us, the way a computer looks, feels and sounds has always been really important. That’s why we designed and built the Cerise Circular Computer which you can see here. Every cable and every component has to be in the right place so that the finished computer looks like a work of art.
At the same time, customer satisfaction has always been important to us as well. If a computer is not working for a customer then all the aesthetics mean nothing. We really want you to be happy with your Cerise. That’s why the majority of the 3-5 days it takes to build a computer is spent on testing.
We spend 1-2 hours with each customer either on the phone and/or through emails understanding the way a customer will use their computer – what programs they use, the size of their files. Once we know that information we suggest the best hardware configuration for their needs and budget.
Once an order is placed, we assign one technician who will build and then test your computer. This way, there is total accountability by that technician for the way your computer performs – no passing of the buck here!
We get a tremendous amount of satisfaction when a computer is fulfilling the needs of a customer because it tells me that my company is fulfilling its mission. In contrast to many other companies in the computer industry, we are completely ethical and completely honest.
